What does Bloom & Finial mean?
Derived from the German word, Wunderkammer (vo͝ondərˌkämər) which literally means ‘wonder chamber’, it is a place where a collection of curiosities and rarities is exhibited. Wunderkammer are also known as Cabinets of Curiosity, Cabinets of Wonder, or Wonder-Rooms.
We also changed the prefix of the word to ‘One’ because our founder was born on October 1st.
What is Bloom & Finial’s return policy?
We strive to offer designs of the highest quality. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and you’ll need a return authorization from us before sending anything back. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Books, card and tarot decks, candles, plants, and bath products are final sale and can’t be returned. These items are noted as final sale in the Shipping & Returns section of their product page.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered (including final-sale items), email us at hello@bloomandfinial.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll replace or refund it at no cost to you.
Where does Bloom & Finial ship?
All orders ship from Claremont, California. We ship with UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL, and the carrier and service used depend on the size and weight of your item. In-store pickup is not available at this time.
Do you ship to my country?
Please create an account by clicking the "My Account" link at the top right-hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

The Bloom & Finial website and mobile apps are available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

How fast will my order be shipped?
Ground shipping typically arrives in 3–5 business days. Please use the delivery estimate provided by the carrier as your guide. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays. A business day is Monday through Friday, except holidays.
